NOTE:-

1        The Above mentioned prices are escalation free.

2        Payment to be made by cheque/draft in favour of “Motia Developers Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Chandigarh/Panchkula/Mohali.

3        The Company reserves the right to increase the price at any point of time on new bookings.

4        Interest Free Maintenance Security of Rs. 1,00,000/- has to be paid by the customers at the time of possession.

5        Electric connection charges, Service Tax, Sales Tax, LPG Connection Charges, Stamp duty, Registration charges, Legal documentations and other statutory charges will be extra as applicable.

6        The company would pay penalty to its customer @ Rs.5/- per sq. ft. per month if the Company fails to handover the Flat beyond the committed period of 12 months from the date of allotment, only to those customers who will pay all the installments/ payments well in time. Similarly the Flat owner would be liable to pay the holding charges @ 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of letter for possession.
